Brothers Reading to Obtain Success (BROS) is a mentoring and literacy program dedicated to empowering young Black men ages 8–21. Through reading circles, life skills workshops, and character-building activities, we equip participants to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially — while cultivating pride in their culture and community.
